Includes: 1 Night Stay at Casa Rosa - Check in 3pm - Check out 11am House sleeps 8 people. 3 Bedroom/1 Bath/2 Half Baths, Kitchen & Living Area. THERE IS A MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT GUEST COUNT OF 6 GUESTS. Lawn Reservation Picnic Table Seating for up to 50 Guests is provided MAXIMUM PARTY GUEST COUNT IS 50 (1) 60" Round Table with Linen (2) 6' Tables for Gifts & Favors (no linens included) Kitchen and Private Restroom are located thru the Ramp Entrance in the rear of the house. We ask that during your party, the main entrance and upstairs entry to the bedrooms be locked and closed off to your party. Only the overnight guests are allowed Front Entry into the main home. We have a camera at both entrances to monitor traffic in the house. Please adhere to these rules when staying overnight. All parties must end by 10pm, no LATER. Music cannot be amplified after 10pm in a residential area and we want to be kind to our neighbors. You may play music after 10pm, but at an acceptable level. After 11pm, only the overnight guests are allowed on the property. This rule is monitored and enforced strictly.
